Gannon wary of revitalised Boro

Boss Jim Gannon has no doubt his Peterborough side will be in for another thorough examination of their dismal away record at Middlesbrough this weekend. Posh have yet to win on their travels since returning to the Championship and must now take on a Boro side revitalised by recent signings. Gannon said: "Middlesbrough are a club in transition but there is a growing expectation there. Their season looked like it was going nowhere and now all of a sudden they are talking about how close they are to the play-offs. "Things have changed around dramatically. They've lost some talented players but have added half-a-dozen signings from Scotland - players I am very aware of after my own time north of the border - and young Kyle Naughton from Tottenham. "I saw them play at Doncaster last month when they had an excellent 4-1 win and they were fantastic that night. I expect them to have something about them again on Saturday."
