Peterborough director of football Barry Fry has hailed Darren Ferguson for getting London Road "buzzing" again in his second spell in charge.
Ferguson has lifted Posh into fourth spot in League One and has been shortlisted for the Manager of the Month prize for February - his first full month back at the club.
Fry said: "Darren proved in his first spell here that he has a unique ability of being able to get the best out of players and that has clearly continued.
"Darren gets players performing for him and he is never afraid to change the shape or system before or during a game to bring the best out of people.
"The place is buzzing and I don't just mean the players. Darren also connects with all the office staff and everyone has a smile on their faces again."
