Council close to London Road deal
The council plan to develop a community project, encompassing a stadium, if they complete the purchase.[LNB]Council leader Marco Cereste told BBC Cambridgeshire: "We have come to what I consider to be an amicable decision.[LNB]"Now we're working through all the legals, but it's subject to the full council. They may say 'no Mr Leader, you can't do it'."[LNB]A decision is expected in three week's time.[LNB]London Road is currently owned by Peterborough United Holdings Limited - with the Posh having a rental deal in place until 2014.[LNB][LNB]
