Cooper, who replaced Darren Ferguson as manager in November despite never having managed a Football League club before, has endured a torrid time at London Road, with just one win in 12 games.[LNB]However, the former Kettering man has received support from Posh chairman Darragh MacAnthony and was complimented on his work ethic.[LNB]"I speak to the chairman regularly as well as after every game and he is very supportive," Cooper told the Peterborough Evening Telegraph.[LNB]"I'm not a man for excuses, but the chairman knows what has been going on here. It's been a difficult time for everyone, but the chairman just tells me to keep working hard and to keep going.[LNB]"And yet there are still encouraging signs.
