Boyd planning to stay with Posh

The 23-year-old has been an influential part of Posh's rise to the top of League One and is expected to attract renewed interest from some big clubs this summer after being the subject of attention during the January transfer window. But Boyd is happy playing under Darren Ferguson at London Road. "I am committed to playing for Peterborough," he told the club's official website. "I've got two years left but I wouldn't mind staying longer. "Everyone wants to play as high as they can, but we'll get promoted this year and we've got the players to reach the top." Peterborough are on the brink of reaching the Championship with a second successive promotion and Boyd sees no reason to leave, adding: "I am loving it here, what's not to enjoy. Hopefully to get two promotions would be a great reward."
