Boss: Stockport clash a must-win

Posh put in one of their worst performances of the season in the defeat at Millwall on Monday and need three points at London Road to keep their automatic promotion plans on track. Ferguson said: "You cannot leave players moping around after a result and performance like the one we gave on Monday. That's why we picked them up at the first opportunity and we had a positive meeting. "We spoke about what happened at Millwall and were all in agreement that our standards have dropped. We touched on what is required during the remaining part of the season and the day ended a lot better than how it had begun. "We didn't have to win at Millwall but it doesn't take a genius to work out that we do on Saturday. It is an absolutely massive match - a cup final. We can't afford another performance like the one at Millwall and I don't expect to get one. "And the fans have a huge part to play. They have been there all season and were outstanding against Cheltenham in our last home game. Hopefully they can make sure we have a great atmosphere again."
