Queen of the South came from behind to take second place in the league with a draw against Partick Thistle.Thistle went ahead after 20 minutes through when Paul Paton fired in after a Simon Donnelly free-kick rebounded. Queens equalised through Rocco Quinn's left-foot shot, but Thistle went back in front after Jamie Adams netted a rebounded penalty.
