Partick Thistle's First Division title hopes were dealt a blow as Queen of the South won at Firhill. Stephen Dobbie lashed home from 16 yards to give the visitors a 12th-minute lead. Dobbie had a 20-yard effort saved by Thistle goalkeeper Jonny Tuffey before Marc Twaddle missed a good chance to level for the home side.
