Jags sign up Kilbirnie midfielder

Partick Thistle have agreed an initial one-year deal to sign midfielder Chris Erskine from Kilbirnie Ladeside. The 20-year-old left-sided player has featured in a number of trial games for Thistle and will bring a goals threat to the First Division team. Thistle manager Ian McCall said: "Chris played a few trial games with us last season and we were all very impressed.
