Partick clash with Aberdeen postponed due to waterlogged pitch

Partick Thistle have had another match postponed after a waterlogged pitch put paid to the visit of Aberdeen.

Referee Bobby Madden called off Friday night's scheduled encounter following a 3.30pm pitch inspection at Firhill.

The decision means Ladbrokes Premiership leaders Celtic have the chance to move six points clear of the Dons on Saturday when they host Inverness.

Thistle had already played three games less than most of the teams around them and will have another midweek fixture to fit in before the split following the fourth Firhill postponement of the season.
