Ancelotti confirms PSG's Tevez interest

Paris Saint-Germain coach Carlo Ancelotti confirmed his club's interest in Manchester City's errant striker Carlos Tevez on Thursday and described it as "a great opportunity" for the Ligue 1 leaders.
"Everyone knows that we want a striker," said Ancelotti.
"Tevez is a great opportunity for us to sign a great striker. We have to talk to the player and to Manchester City. We hope to find a solution."
Asked whether talks had already begun, Ancelotti replied: "I don't talk to his agent. (PSG sporting director) Leonardo will talk to him. I don't know when."
Ancelotti also said that the fact Tevez had not played since September due to a falling-out with City coach Roberto Mancini was "not a problem".
"He's a great player," said the Italian. "In 15 days he could re-discover a good physical condition."
Despite Ancelotti's desire to add Tevez to the players at his disposal, he said the Argentine's arrival would not necessarily force Mevlut Erding or Guillaume Hoarau to leave the club.
"We're not talking about that. Tevez isn't here. We have very good strikers: (Kevin) Gameiro is a good striker, Hoarau hasn't played for six months (due to a shoulder injury) but he's a good player.
"I think that a club like PSG needs to have four strikers."
The former AC Milan and Chelsea coach admitted he was looking forward to the end of the January transfer window.
"Yes, yes. I'm very stressed," he joked. "There are lots of phone calls."
