PSGs Ancelotti says he is biding time on Ibrahimovic

PSG coach Carlo Ancelotti has said he would not be rushed into a decision on whether to start injured striker Zlatan Ibrahimovic in Sunday's league match against Ajaccio.

"Ibrahimovic had a problem with his foot after the match against Lorient (on August 11). He didn't play with his national team (midweek against Brazil). He's arrived here and undergone treatment," Ancelotti said.

"He'll train today and after we'll take a decision. The player is confident in his capability to play but I want to be sure that there'll be no problem. So we'll wait a little."

Ancelotti added that the club wanted to recruit a French right back after Anthony Reveillere's planned transfer from Lyon fell through because of medical reasons, but said the target was not Lille's Mathieu Debuchy.

"We want to look in France and it will be a French player," said Ancelotti. "But it will not be Debuchy because he's a Lille player."
