Paris Saint Germain's Brazilian striker Nene has undergone an operation on a broken bone in his face, the Ligue 1 club announced Sunday, meaning he will miss the midweek Champions League away match to Dynamo Zagreb.
The operation went well, PSG added, without saying how long Nene would be out for.
Also injured in PSG's 1-0 league victory over Reims on Saturday, Mamadou Sakho suffered a right thigh strain and will undergo a scan to determine the seriousness of the injury.
