Palermo striker Amauri has ruled out a move away from Italy, having recently been linked with an approach from Real Madrid.
The 27-year-old is expected to join Juventus this summer and the Brazilian-born frontman wants to stay in Serie A next season.
He commented: "To play for a team like Real is an honour for any player, but I see myself playing in Italy rather than anywhere else in the future.
"I have been here for eight or nine years and grown a lot in this country, so playing for a big Italian team would be fantastic for me.
"I want to know what it is like to fight for a Scudetto and the Champions League. These are the things I want to experience."
