Wilder wants cutting edge

Oxford boss Chris Wilder felt his side paid for a lack of cutting edge in front of goal after their 2-0 home defeat to Torquay. Torquay took the lead in the fifth minute courtesy of Damian Batt's own goal and, despite Lloyd Macklin seeing red, they secured all three points as Billy Kee netted a second in the dying minutes to condemn Oxford to their second successive defeat."We should have put the game to bed before half-time," he said."We can't keep on missing so many chances."It was a game we should have won comfortably. I brought on two wingers for the second half, but we never got the ball wide. At the moment, we're losing games we should be getting something from."
