Wilder: We must improve

Oxford manager Chris Wilder claimed a losing mentality is setting in at the club after the 1-0 FA Cup defeat at Burton - something he is looking to change quickly.Aaron Webster came off the bench to score the only goal of the game for Albion and set up a second round clash with Chesterfield.Wilder said: "At the moment we are a losing football club. There are no hard luck stories about players being missing are anything like that."I'm a hard-nosed professional that doesn't like to get beat."We`ve had a winning record at the club since I've been here, but at the moment it's a losing record - and that isn't good enough."
