U's seal permanent Constable move

Oxford United have confirmed the permanent signing of on-loan striker James Constable from Shrewsbury on a three-year deal for an undisclosed fee. The 24-year-old scored 26 goals for the Blue Square Premier club this season and has become a popular figure with the United support.
