Oxford move for Hargreaves stalls

Oxford's hopes of bringing Torquay midfielder Chris Hargreaves back to the club have hit a stumbling block after the two clubs failed to a agree a deal.The 37-year-old, who made 75 appearances for the U's between 2005-7, held talks with Oxford on Thursday.
