Oxford United coach Andy Melville sung the praises of on-loan striker Steven MacLean after Tuesday's surprise 2-1 win at League Two leaders Chesterfield.The Plymouth Argyle man, at Oxford for a month, capped a fine performance with a second-half goal to lift Chris Wilder's side away from danger.
