Grant backs Chalmers to succeed

Oxford striker John Grant has backed midfielder Lewis Chalmers to be a success at the Kassam Stadium.Chalmers joined United from Aldershot on loan until the end of the season on Saturday - following Grant, who made a similar move in February.
