Oxford United striker Steve Basham has said he is keen to stay with the club next season.
The club's top scorer is out of contract this summer but is in no hurry to leave the Kassam Stadium.
"I hope to be here," Basham told the Oxford Mail after the final day success against Rochdale.
"There's a clause that's invoked that comes into force because I've played 35 games.
"Fifteen goals isn't too bad. I would have liked to have got up to 20, but I've had some niggling injuries and feel we didn't get the rub of the green in the second half of the season."
