Wilder thrilled with away win

Chris Wilder was delighted with an impressive team display from his side in the 2-0 win at Hereford. Strike duo Tom Craddock and James Constable were on the scoresheet as United made it back-to-back wins to move up to seventh in League Two. And while being pleased to see his two strikers on the scoresheet, the Oxford boss insisted each and every one of his players deserved praise. "I thought we looked a proper side as we knew that Hereford would start really quick," he said. "We gave them a couple of opportunities in the first 15 to 20 minutes which I wasn't too pleased about. "But once we started to get ourselves into the game, winning second balls and starting to pass, I was delighted and we deservedly went in front before half-time. "In the second half again we had to make sure that we were nice and strong for the first 15 or 20 minutes and we saw that period out. Then we battled on and in the end our play at times was really good when we kept the ball really well. "I'm delighted with the two lads who scored but there were some really good performances. We were strong at the back and up front we caused them problems."
