Wilder hails Us` comeback

Oxford manager Chris Wilder was happy to see his side take their chances and refuse to "go under" as they came from behind to beat Barnet. James Constable came off the bench to inspire the Us to a 2-1 victory in one of the few npower League Two matches to beat the big freeze. Wilder said: "We deservedly won the game and in the second half we had some good performances. We could quite easily have gone under after going behind, but nobody was hiding. "Everybody got on the ball and wanted to make it happen. It's all about taking your chances and moving the ball, and we did that. We've sometimes not been clinical. "Constable's come off the bench and done well, but he's the first to know it's all about the group here. We've come from behind again. There's no problem with the character in this place."
