Wilder comfortable with Constable

Oxford manager Chris Wilder looks set to restore striker James Constable to the starting line-up for the home match against Port Vale. Constable has scored seven times already this season but missed Tuesday's 1-1 draw with Cheltenham through suspension. The return of Constable compensates for the loss of defender Mark Creighton who fractured his toe in midweek and has been ruled for two weeks. Defender Anthony Tonkin could return after illness ruled him out against the Robins, but Jake Wright (back), Damien Batt (ankle) and Rhys Day (knee) are still sidelined. United will be looking to get back to winning ways after going three games without a victory but it will be tough against npower League Two table toppers Vale.
