United duo passed fit

Oxford duo Simon Clist and Jake Wright have been declared fit ahead of the club's first game back in the Football League at Burton. Midfielder Clist has made a full recovery from a groin operation while defender Wright has got over a back problem, however it remains to be seen whether either make the starting XI. The inclusion of Clist and Wright means manager Chris Wilder has virtually a full squad to choose from with defender Rhys Day being the only absentee as he continues his recovery from a knee problem. Wilder faces a tough decision over who he chooses in goal to start the match at the Pirelli Stadium with 2009/10 Player of the Year Ryan Clarke and summer signing Simon Eastwood battling it out for the number one spot. United's other 11 summer recruits including former Peterborough winger Alfie Potter, on loan Chelsea youngster Danny Philliskirk and ex-England Under-20 international Asa Hall are all available and will be hoping to make their debuts for the club.
