Potter back for Us

24 January 2011 18:00
Oxford manager Chris Wilder will welcome Alfie Potter back into his squad for the home game against Shrewsbury. Striker Potter, who has only scored one goal in 23 league and cup appearances this season, has been suffering from a shoulder problem but after missing the 2-1 defeat at Northampton, will be involved against the Shropshire side. Experienced Paul McLaren is set to continue in midfield, despite being substituted in the 75th minute against the Cobblers following a heavy tackle. Leading goalscoring, and former Shrewsbury player, James Constable is also set to continue up front alongside Steve Maclean. Recent signing Djoumin Sangare will be hoping for some time on the pitch after making his debut in the final minute of the 2-1 win over Bradford and then being an unused substitute in the last game.
