Top scorer Craddock set to return

Oxford top scorer Tom Craddock looks set to return from a rib injury for their clash with Dagenham at The Kassam.

The former Luton forward, who has scored eight goals from just 11 starts this season, missed Saturday's cup-tie with Barnet but should give manager Chris Wilder a boost by coming back into contention.

Wilder has a selection dilemma at centre-back after Michael Raynes deputised for Rotherham loanee Johnny Mullins at Underhill and helped them keep a clean sheet. Mullins, like Jake Forster-Caskey, is available again after missing Saturday's 2-0 victory due to the terms of his loan deals.

Oxford, who have lost just two of their last eight games in all competitions and have scored 17 goals in the process, face a Daggers side who have not won for four games and lost 4-0 to Bournemouth last weekend.

Michael Spillane will be suspended for Dagenham but goalkeeper Chris Lewington should be okay.

Spillane was shown his fifth yellow card of the season in the weekend's 4-0 FA Cup defeat at Bournemouth and now serves an automatic one-match suspension.

The midfielder's involvement would have been in doubt in any case having been forced off shortly before the half-hour mark due to injury.

Lewington suffered a nasty bang to his head after just three minutes at Dean Court but continued until half-time when he was replaced by young debutant Jordan Seabright. Lewington will be monitored ahead of the clash but is expected to be fit.

Otherwise, Daggers boss John Still has a full-strength squad to select from.
