Raynes missing for U's

Oxford caretaker manager Mickey Lewis will be without defender Michael Raynes for the clash with AFC Wimbledon.

The former Rotherham centre-back was taken off with a hip injury in Tuesday's goalless draw with Exeter and will not be available to face the Dons.

The U's are already without defender Jake Wright, who is sidelined for up to six weeks with a knee injury.

Lewis will also check on veteran forward Dave Kitson, who has been on the sidelines with an ankle injury.

Danny Hylton is in line to make his full AFC Wimbledon debut.

The new signing from Rotherham climbed off the bench to score the winner as the Dons came from a goal down to beat Hartlepool on Tuesday night.

Fellow forward Charlie Wyke also came on at half-time and could reclaim his place in the starting line-up.

Full-back Callum Kennedy will be handed a fitness test after missing out in midweek with an ankle knock, centre-half Andy Frampton remains sidelined after dislocating his shoulder and midfielder Peter Sweeney is out with a broken bone in his foot.
