Errors cost us - Lewis

Oxford assistant manager Mickey Lewis blasted individual errors as his side slumped to a 2-1 defeat at Stockport. Substitute Greg Tansey produced a stunning 20-yard strike in the final minute of injury time after Matt Paterson had cancelled out Oxford striker Tom Craddock's opener. The visitors' woe was compounded by Anthony Tonkin's dismissal in the second half. Lewis said: "People say we play great football but sometimes you've got to dig in and defend properly and this week we haven't done that. "The club is really positive at the moment but the players must realise that if they want to be part of it they have to perform better than they have this week. "Tonkin's sending off was a silly sending off. He'd been booked, I thought unfairly, but when you're a defender and you've been booked you can't go diving in. "We're scoring some really good goals at the moment but also conceding some bad ones through individual errors and individual errors cost you games."
