Craddock joy at first goal

Recent Oxford signing Tom Craddock has revealed his delight at making a goalscoring start to life at the Kassam Stadium. Twenty-three-year-old Craddock, who signed from Luton during the transfer window, scored in only his second appearance for the club as the U's beat Hereford 2-0 on Saturday. He told the club's official website: "Obviously scoring your first goal at any club is a pleasing moment. It's good to get off the mark so soon after signing but more importantly it's good to see us carry on our winning run with a good performance. "I think that we were comfortable in the end and overall it was a very encouraging performance from front to back, but on a selfish level I'm sure that when I watch the goals back on the telly it will be very satisfying."
