Oxford striker James Constable has set a target of 20 goals in his first full season in the Football League. The 25-year-old former Walsall and Shrewsbury man scored 26 goals in all competitions last year as they won promotion from the Blue Square Premier. [LNB]"It's the big two zero, that's my main aim," Constable told BBC Oxford. [LNB]"I have scored over 25 in the two years I have been here. I'd love to do that again but 20 will be my target to start off with." [LNB]Constable has made 37 appearances in the Football League for the Saddlers and Shrews, scoring seven times, but never played a full season for either side. [LNB]Oxford United's squad returned to pre-season training last week and Constable believes the players have stayed in relatively good shape during their break. [LNB]He said: "Everybody knew the challenges we are going to have to face this season and we are all desperate to be a part of it and have looked after ourselves."
