Swailes reunited with Moore

Oldham Athletic boss Ronnie Moore has made yet another swoop on his former club to sign Rotherham United defender Chris Swailes.

Moore has already snapped up former Millers Paul Warne and Rob Scott and has now added 34-year-old Swailes to his Latics squad on a two-year contract.

Swailes told the club's official website: "There have been a lot of new players arriving at Boundary Park and we expect to do a lot better than last season.

"We must be in contention for a promotion spot.

"Ronnie has taken Rotherham out of this division before so he knows what's required."
