Sheridan challenges Latics

Oldham manager John Sheridan has challenged his players to improve their league position after Saturday's 3-0 victory at Bournemouth.
The pre-season promotion favourites collected only their second win in 11 games at the weekend and Sheridan wants the Dean Court success to act as a pivotal moment in their campaign.
Lee Hughes scored his first goals for the club since being released from prison in the summer after grabbing a brace against the Cherries.
"I have always maintained we are a much better team than the league table suggests, but we had to start winning games," said Sheridan, whose side moved up to 16th place in the table after the win.
"I stressed that to the players in the dressing room before the match and I was delighted with their performance.
"We knew Bournemouth were not on a great run but this is still a tough place to come and win."
