Penney's problems add up

Oldham Athletic boss Dave Penney was left to bemoan his side's luck after re-shuffling his team ahead of Tuesday's League One loss against local rivals Leeds United.
The Latics slipped to their fourth home defeat of the campaign and had to face the table-toppers without injured duo Reuben Hazell and Andy Holdsworth.
Chris Taylor is also sidelined with a hamstring injury as Penney's concerns mount with the side just four points clear of the relegation zone. Despite the reversal, he was pleased with the performance from his patched-up outfit.
Speaking to the Oldham Evening Chronicle, he said: "We haven't got the resources that other sides have got and, if we're missing people through injuries, as we are at the moment, then we're limited as to what we can do.
"We were playing a top side and, with the players we had missing, combined with the players coming in and those playing out of position, I think it was a decent performance."
