Penney raids Quakers for staff

Gray was Penney's right-hand man at former club Darlington and the pair worked together to help the Quakers reach the 2007/08 League Two play-offs. Andy Collett has also followed from Darlington and has been appointed full-time goalkeeping coach at Boundary Park, replacing Mark Crossley. The new backroom duo will work with existing coach Lee Duxbury, who remains reserve-team manager.
