Latics land striker Davies

Oldham Athletic have completed the signing of striker Craig Davies from Italian side Verona.
The 21-year-old spent last season on loan at Wolves from the Serie B club and has agreed a two-year contract at Boundary Park subject to receiving international clearance.
The Burton-born forward headed overseas in January 2006, but struggled to adapt to life in Italy.
He made 27 appearances for Wolves last season and scored twice against the Latics in an FA Cup third round tie and subsequent replay in January.
Davies started his career at Manchester City before moving on to Oxford and then Verona for £85,000.
