Latics land Kilkenny

Oldham Athletic have snapped up Birmingham City midfielder Neil Kilkenny on a loan deal running until the end of the year.
The 21-year-old previously spent six months at Boundary Park during the 2004-05 campaign and impressed in scoring five goals in 34 appearances.
Kilkenny has made just under 40 first-team outings for the Blues, but made only eight league appearances last term and didn't feature at all after January.
Meanwhile, Latics boss John Sherdian is still weighing up a move for veteran left-back Alan Wright.
The 35-year-old is a free agent after leaving Sheffield United, having ended last season out on loan at Nottingham Forest.
