Diamond and Taylor may be available for Bradford game

Both of Athletic's recently injured players, Zander Diamond and Chris Taylor, have a chance of being fit for tomorrow's JPT northern area semi-final tie against Bradford City at Boundary Park. Diamond had to leave the field in Saturday's FA Cup tie at Southend United after a severe challenge which hurt his right knee. Manager Paul Dickov described the tackle as 'horrendous' and said, “It was nowhere near as bad as we thought and Zander has a chance tomorrow.”Taylor missed his first game of the season at Southend after picking up a hamstring strain at Bournemouth the previous Saturday and Dickov commented, “Chris is improving, but tomorrow may be too soon. If we rush him back too soon there is the danger he will break down and miss the whole of the Christmas period.”
