Gregan's Oldham delight

Leeds United outcast Sean Gregan has admitted he jumped at the chance to join Oldham following his Elland Road heartache.
The 32-year-old utility player was shown the exit door by Dennis Wise and Gregan is keen to show the new Leeds boss that he was wrong to cast him aside.
"It's nice to feel wanted," Gregan told Oldham's official website. "And I'm looking forward to playing first-team football again and working under John Sheridan. In fact, he's one of the reasons I decided to come to Oldham
"I've played a few games for Leeds' reserve side, but it's way off the pace you need to play at senior level. I'm just looking forward to getting out there and playing.
"All the doors have closed for me at Leeds. Dennis told everyone they had a chance, but I was soon called in and told I was not in his plans.
"The conversation lasted about 30 seconds. Although I was a regular last season - and the team's record speaks for itself and is there in black and white - there's no point arguing with the manager's decision."
