Grabban extends Latics stay

Oldham Athletic manager John Sheridan has extended Lewis Grabban's loan deal from Crystal Palace for another month.

The 18-year-old's initial loan spell was due to expire after this weekend's League One clash with Blackpool, but Sheridan has been impressed by the forward during his first month at Boundary Park.

Grabban has made two starts and come off the substitute's bench four times for the Latics.

He has come through the youth team ranks at Selhurst Park and made two substitute appearances for the Championship side.
