Dickov defiant after another defeat

Oldham manager Paul Dickov urged his side to "keep believing in themselves" after their winless run stretched to 11 games with a 1-0 defeat at Colchester.Ashley Vincent's second-half goal secured victory for the Us who themselves had lost their previous four matches."I felt we were the better side in the first half but we possibly got sucked in in the second half," said Dickov."We tended to lump the ball forward as quickly as we could and we're not a good side when we do that - we're a good team when we get the ball down."It's disappointing because it was a game we felt we could have won. We looked a bit jaded and we were without players but we had enough out there to win the game and we were much better than we showed."It's not like the lads aren't working hard on the training ground and in matches and the boys need to keep believing in themselves."
