Abbott reunited with Penney

Former Huddersfield Town and Darlington striker Pawel Abbott has teamed up with former Quakers boss Dave Penney again after inking a two-year contract with Oldham Athletic.
The 27-year-old, who has scored 77 goals in 213 League appearances during his career, made his name at Huddersfield before joining Swansea City for £150,000.
However, after spending just six months in South Wales, Abbott moved to Darlington in January 2007 for £100,000.
Penney has already had a busy summer bringing Rob Purdie, Jon Worthington and Joe Jacobson to Boundary Park while also agreeing a one-year deal with Sean Gregan, who was released last month due to financial constraints.
