Youth will have its fling
youngsters wil get their chances in remaining games Paul Dickov has hinted he is ready to give youth a chance in the five remaining league matches. Players like James Tarkowski, Carl Winchester and Kirk Millar will all be given the chance to shine as the Latics see out the season.Dickov explained, “Tarkowski, Winchester and Millar have big futures at the club, but it is not easy to put them in. Tarkowski is a big lad, but physically not big enough to come in and play week in, week out. The three players need to develop physically and, if they do that, they will be flying next season."“We need to have them training with the first team every day, but we are lucky to have them just on Monday and Friday. The boys are at college on Tuesday and Thursday and then there is usually a reserve game on Wednesday.”
