Oldham have bolstered their squad with the signing of veteran defender Andy Todd. The 36-year-old has been reunited with Paul Dickov as the pair were team-mates at Blackburn. Todd, who has returned from a spell in Australia at Perth Glory, has agreed a deal to stay at Boundary Park for the rest of the season. The Latics are hoping to gain international clearance in time for Todd to be involved in Saturday's npower League One match at Carlisle. Todd, who has also played for Middlesbrough, Bolton, Charlton and Derby County, joined his Latics team mates for training on Thursday. Dickov, meanwhile, is trying to sign West Brom striker Reuben Reid on loan, saying: "He fits the bill what we are looking for and we believe he will be good for us as we will be good for him."
