Winger Chris Taylor admitted he was delighted to edge past Dale Stephens and become Oldham's top scorer this season. Taylor, 24, scored both goals in Saturday's 2-0 win at Swindon to take his total to 11 for the campaign. Stephens is on loan at Southampton and is thus unable to overhaul Taylor, who was delighted with his two strikes against the Robins. "It's brilliant and means the world to me to be top scorer," he said. "I'm delighted with both goals, which were decent finishes, but I don't think I've ever hit a sweeter goal than the first one. "When I caught the first one I knew it had a chance. I cut in and the defenders backed off. I thought I would line it up and thankfully it went in."
