James Tarkowski is expected to be fit to play in the match at Wycombe on Saturday.
Tarky was left in a dizzy state after he was caught by an elbow in the televised Monday game at Sheffield Wednesday.
As a safety precaution manager Paul Dickov substituted the youngster in the closing minutes of the match even though he wanted to complete the match.
