The 60-year-old has failed to win in any of his eight games since returning to the club in a short-term capacity in March, a miserable run of form that extends to 11 games without a victory prior to his appointment.[LNB]And though there is some doubt Royle will remain at Boundary Park for next season, he has warned of troubled times ahead unless the club undergoes a major overhaul.[LNB]"What disappoints me most is certain players' inability to learn from their mistakes and make the progress you would expect," he said.[LNB]"I have never been one for running a boot camp so I gently remind people about things but it isn't sinking in - in that situation, to be blunt, you change your players.[LNB]"The basis is here for a decent team but there are big clubs coming down from the Championship and this is going to be a strong division next season."[LNB][LNB]
