Latics' Head of Youth Coaching, Mick Priest, has left the Latics to pursue 'other coaching opportunities' which may well see him venture overseas. Priest has worked alongside Academy Manager Tony Philliskirk with the scholars at Boundary Park for the last five years. Simon Cooper has stepped up from his post of Youth Development Phase Coach for the 12/16 years age group to take his place.
