Penney rues lack of cutting edge

Pawel Abbott was the main culprit, spurning a chance from the penalty spot after half an hour with David Forde keeping out the striker's weak effort. "Our performance wasn't too bad, we made some chances and when you come to places like this you must take your chances when you get them," said Penney. "He [Abbott] was a hero on Saturday and the keeper has made a great save to be fair, he's full of confidence after scoring two at the weekend and will take our next penalty. "If we'd had that then it's a different game as goals change games and we had chances to score more than that. We expected a tough battle here but in the second half especially I thought we got on top without breaking them down though." Dave Martin and Neil Harris were on target for the Lions.
