Penney calls for more Latics leaders

The Latics have endured a bitterly disappointing start to the season and were last week bundled out of the Johnstone's Paint Trophy by Accrington and thumped 3-0 by Hartlepool. Both defeats came at Boundary Park - where Oldham have not won since February - and Penney is demanding a positive response against the Pirates on Saturday. "We know we're good enough," said Penney. "But we need more people to stand up and be leaders, to be brave on the ball, to want possession."
